This charming butterfly has a wing span of 22" and is soldered together with a total of 5 individual fused glass panels. A myriad of glass layers were cut and stacked in multiple designs and kiln-fired to 1400º degrees, creating a total fusion of color. A Japanese designed window, 4 by 6 feet in size, was the finished home of this magnificent butterfly.
