SHIPPING PROCEDURES
Credit Payments
- Use our "Add to Cart" buttons to select the items you
want to purchase.
- View your purchases by clicking on a "View Cart" button.
Make sure everything is listed correctly. Make any needed
corrections, then click on the "Update Cart" button.
All items have a quantity of one.
- Click on the "Proceed To Checkout" button.
- Decide on your method of payment:
Through PayPal, we can accept all major credit cards and
you do not have to be a PayPal member. If you are
a member, simply follow those checkout directions.
- Fill out Billing Information and continue following
the Checkout process.
NOTE: If you don't already have an account with
PayPal, it is easy to set one up, and it is free.

Check or
Money Order Payments
Send your
orders VIA e-mail. Before sending in your payment,
e-mail us for your final total which will include your shipping
and insurance costs. This will also verify that the item
you wish to purchase has not been sold.
(All items are subject to prior sale).
In your e-mail, be sure to include:
- Your name
- Complete shipping address
- Description of the item you wish to purchase
- Item number and price
After we receive your e-mail order, a confirmation e-mail
will be sent to you with your final total. E-mails are generally
answered within 48 hours. All checks must be drawn on US
banks. (Allow 7 to 10 working days for a check to clear).

Using The Shopping Cart
Easy purchasing is provided
with the shopping cart system. Using the buttons "Add to
Cart" and "View Cart" will take you where you need to go,
and lead you to a simple checkout process.
PLEASE NOTE: When a purchase totals over $1,000.00,
the shopping cart system is not capable of calculating correct
shipping and handling charges. Contact us via e-mail with
your order information and we will provide complete information
on how to proceed.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping Method Used
We ship throughout the continental United States
via USPS, (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail.
It generally takes 2-3 working days to arrive after shipment.
(Alaska and Hawaii may take longer) If you require a different
method of shipping, e-mail us to obtain a special price.
(All items listed on this site do not include shipping costs
until you have placed your order and you proceed to check
out).
International Shipping
International shipping is available upon request.
Contact us VIA e-mail. International shipping and handling
charges are quoted on a "per item" basis. Payments made
from outside the USA are limited to International Money
Orders or PayPal. International shipments include: Australia,
Canada, South America, Europe, and Mexico. (Please be aware
that we are not responsible for custom charges or delays).
Packaging
All jewelry, Ba-gua Cures, and Threads Of LifeŽ
items are first wrapped in rich purple tissue paper, then
placed in a decorative gold foil gift box with a cotton
liner. The Mystical artwork is three-dimensional and much
larger, they are not shipped in a gift box, but are carefully
double-boxed for delicate stained glass shipping. Each item
shipped includes a printed card with our company logo.
Shipping Time After Payment is
Verified
Our shipping time averages from 7 to 10 working
days after payment has been verified. We know our clients
are excited about their purchases and anxious to receive
them. We do our best to ship as soon as possible.
Insurance
All packages shipped from Fire Gems Studio
will include an insurance charge. These charges are minimal
considering the protection they provide.
Sales Tax
All Texas residents are required to pay sales
tax unless a resale certificate is provided. Any shipments
outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax.
C.O.D. Shipping
We do not ship C.O.D. orders. We also do not ship to P.O.
Boxes, FPO's, or APO's.
Damaged Shipments
Any items lost during shipping or damaged in
transit will not be the responsibility of Fire Gems
Studio. Insurance is applied to all of our shipments
for our protection and yours.
Purchasing Already Sold Items
We update our website on a regular basis, but all items
are subject to prior sale. When an item sells we place SOLD
in bold red letters directly under that item. On occasion,
more than one client might purchase the same item before
we can get a sold sign posted. Because our artwork is one-of-a-kind,
the item will be available to the first client who placed
the order. If there is a similar item available, we can
contact the client involved and of course refund any secondary
payments. We appreciate everyone's understanding if this
should occur.
NOTE: If the secondary purchase is by credit, it
typically takes 1-2 billing cycles for refunds to appear
on credit statements. If the purchase is by check or money
order, allow 2 weeks to receive the refund.
Contact Us By Phone
Upon special request, we will contact you by
phone. We are a very busy studio, our days are filled with
designing, production, and shipping orders. E-mail us with
the reason for your request along with your phone number
and the best time to reach you. We will try to accommodate
you as soon as possible. We are in the Central Time Zone.
Ordering A Sold Item
If you are interested in purchasing an item that
has already been sold, e-mail us your request and perhaps
a similar piece can be created. No two items are ever completely
alike: That is our policy! If the required materials are
in stock, and time allows, we will create the piece and
e-mail you an attached photo for your approval before concluding
your purchase. If we do not hear from you within five days
after e-mailing you the photo, the item will be placed on
our web site for sale.
Special Commissions
If you would like to commission a special piece
of art, e-mail us with the details and if our production
schedule allows, we will try our best to create an original,
just for you.
Our Exchange/Return Policy
It is VERY rare that any of our clients ever ask to return
or exchange our art. In general, because of our high quality
craftsmanship, photography, and detailed written descriptions,
all sales are final. Fire Gems Studio is
fair and reasonable, we provide the best possible service
to all of our valued clients. If a problem is reported immediately
upon you receiving the item, and if the reason for returning
it is valid, we will pay shipping and issue a credit to
replace the item. If we are not at fault for the item being
returned; we are not responsible for returned shipping and
there will be a $10.00 processing fee charged. (There are
no cash refunds)
NOTE: Any returned item must be sent by insured
mail and in it's original condition.
(We do not accept C.O.D. packages).
