There are over 60 hours of design, detailed stencil cutting, and technical sandblasting techniques involved in this impressive artwork. It is an amazing example of meticulous skill, charm, and superior craftsmanship. The fluid design depicts a scene with such action, you feel the bird will land any minute.

The overall shape is a 22" in diameter circle that has been carved out of a thick 3/8" piece of clear glass. This sculpted piece rests in a hand-carved basin of exotic "purple heart" wood, created by artist Donald Ziemba.
